These terms apply to weekdaytread.com, operated by Xyberon Labs LLC under the Weekday Tread brand. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to make a purchase.

Product information and fit

We describe each pair using its documented materials and specifications. Product photographs show the style, while color can vary with lighting and your screen. Read the product’s own Size Guide: labeled sizes, US references, foot length and inside length are not interchangeable. Contact us if a detail affects your decision.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown before an order is submitted. Prices can change before purchase. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; it does not require us to accept an order that contains a material pricing error, inaccurate information or cannot be fulfilled.

If a significant error affects your order, we will contact you to explain it and give you the choice to proceed with corrected information or cancel. We may decline orders involving suspected fraud or misuse. Any charge for a canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery and changes

We deliver only within the contiguous United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days and estimated transit takes 2–7 days. Standard shipping is free on merchandise subtotals of $59 or more, otherwise $6.99. See the Shipping Policy for destinations, tracking and delay handling. Contact us promptly to request a change; we can make changes only before dispatch when the order can still be changed.

Returns and refunds

Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Shoes must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping responsibility and inspection and refund timing are explained in the Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate contact and address information and protect your account credentials. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content or use another person’s information without permission.

Website content

Our brand artwork, text and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not reproduce its content commercially without permission or other legal authorization. Product and card-network marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Responsibility and consumer rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but occasional errors or interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of the site or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits applicable consumer rights.
